The Building Advisory Committee (BAC) is made up of fellow residents who provide guidance and information for new construction or renovation within Cedar Mesa Ranches HOA. Refer to the CMRHOA “Covenants, Easements and Restrictions” for further information (button provided below). If you are planning to build a home or add a structure to your property, we advise that you contact the BAC prior to breaking ground. Ask your realtor for more information prior to purchasing your Cedar Mesa Ranch home or property.
